Established in August 2018 and formerly known as Minatavros, Olivetio is an elegant, contemporary restaurant in Paphos. With a relaxed atmosphere, high quality food, wine and flawless service it is the perfect choice for those who are seeking a memorable dining experience. Along with a delicious variety of inspirational dishes, we also serve a selection of Mediterranean Tapas Meze from our Wood-Flame Grill. From succulent fish dishes through to tasty pastas and innovative salads, there is something on the menu for everyone. Add to this a fine selection of desserts and an extensive wine list, you’ll discover lots to enjoy at Olivetio!

From Olivetios’ spacious terrace guests can dine al fresco and enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. And when the days shorten and the nights grow colder, our elegant restaurant offers a high level of comfort for leisurely dining.
